Student Festival RoundUp

DSCN1830I hope you were all able to join us for the SDSS Student Shakespeare Festival.  It was our 8th annual Festival in Balboa Park and we had four stages of students performing to enormous crowds in the audience.

We were also pleased to have, for the first time, students from outside San Diego joining us.  Two classes from Moscow, Russia came and performed on our stages.  It was all very exciting.

SDSS Goes to the Opera

Friends of the SDSS have been offered a discount to the San Diego Opera’s production of Murder in the Cathedral. It’s about a bit of history that Shakespeare himself knew about and that should appeal to fans of Shakespeare and theatre alike.

We’ll have more details soon, but for now, please just visit the offer page and see the great prices you can get just for being a friend of the San Diego Shakespeare Society.
